NEO DPX – versatile CCIT for small volume parenterals

The NEO DPX is a 3-in-1 CCI tester designed for quality control of small volume parenterals. It integrates Vacuum Decay, Pressure Decay, and the LFC Method® in a single system, allowing users to select the most suitable technique depending on container type and application.

The NEO HSX Headspace Gas Analyzer is designed for high-precision, non-destructive headspace analysis. Equipped with the newest laser technology, the NEO HSX can be configured to measure oxygen, carbon dioxide or the pressure of water vapor. The benchtop unit comes with the option of one or two laser heads.

Bombing Station – accelerated air / O2 or CO2 ingress testing

The Bombing Station is designed to accelerate air / O2 or CO2 ingress for Headspace Gas Analysis. By simulating elevated pressure conditions, it significantly shortens the time required for detectable changes in headspace gas concentration.

This approach is especially useful when evaluating very small leaks, down to 0.1 µm, where natural gas exchange would take too long for practical lab workflows.

Stopper Monitoring addresses a critical but often underestimated risk: stopper movement during transportation. The Bombing Station combined with Automated Visual Inspection supports risk analysis by simulating environment pressure that may occur during handling and shipping. The stopper movement is tracked by camera and monitored by our software.

This allows pharmaceutical teams to evaluate potential contamination risks and assess the robustness of container closure systems under realistic conditions. 

It complements CCIT methods by focusing on mechanical integrity and real-world stress scenarios.
