WILCO’s NEO series offers a powerful and flexible solution for container closure integrity testing (CCIT) in laboratory settings. Maximum Flexibility
Both NEO CCI laboratory testers, the NEO DPX (differential pressure tester) and the NEO HSX (headspace analyzer), can be operated with the cobot. Depending on the customer's application, a wide range of pharmaceutical packaging types and sizes can be automatically tested for leaks. Smaller batches can be inspected manually, while the cobot can be seamlessly integrated to ensure efficient, continuous processing of larger volumes.
Supported operator guidance
The WILCO user interface MAVIS supports the operator during the procedure. Similar to a smartphone, the user can build on widgets to display personalized content on the color display. The operator is guided step-by-step through the menu for both inspection and format change. The operator guidance ensures consistent and independent testing.
High process reliability
Different test chambers (NEO DPX) or sample holders (NEO HSX) are available for the various applications. A position monitoring system ensures all predefined settings are correctly verified. The system has two modes: a development mode for the definition of recipes and less critical measurements, and a mode for measurements in the GMP area for the highest safety requirements.
