Maintenance and Calibration

To ensure that your machine has a high reliability we provide annual maintenance packages which are also available as a maintenance contract.

We have field service technicians located throughout the USA and Europe which allows us to guarantee short reaction times and high availability. Other areas are covered by our local agency technicians.

Calibration at WILCO

Calibration is part of the validation which gives you the confidence that every sensor remains in a specified range and is not faulty.

Our team of experienced engineers calibrate your pressure sensors, force sensors and flow meters and will make an adjustment if the values are out of a defined range. We will give you a corresponding calibration certificate. The same procedure applies to the of your HAS system. We recommend re-calibrating once a year.

Change Parts - Recipe Evaluation

If you want to test a new product on your machine, we are your first contact.

We support you in the realization of your project. Send us a technical drawing of the new product and the number of products you want to test per hour. In addition, we need the desired leak size to be detected and the serial number of the existing machine. On the basis of this information we investigate whether your current setup can test the new products or which adjustments are necessary.

After we have supplied you with the new change parts, our field service technicians will support you during installation and recipe evaluation directly on your machine. The result is a machine that you will be using for many years to come.

Spare and Replacement

Do you need replacement parts for your machine? We supply the required mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components.

Numerous standard parts are available from stock and can be delivered to you immediately. Your machine is thus kept in operation and your downtimes are reduced.

In order to be able to process your inquiry as quickly as possible, we need the machine serial number and an article number of the required component. You will find these in our technical drawings or on the components themselves. If you do not have this information to hand, we will be pleased to provide you with the technical drawings of your machine. With this information we can process your inquiry faster and you will soon have the required component at your premises.
