Automated CCI Tester
Some packaging materials require 100% integrity testing according to Annex 1 of the EU GMP guidelines. In order to meet these requirements and not reduce production output, high-speed inspection systems are used. High-speed machines reach up to 600 test samples per minute. The size of the machine depends on the size of the test sample and the required leak sensitivity.

Supported operator guidance
The WILCO user interface MAVIS supports the operator during operation. Similar to a smartphone, the user can build on widgets to display personalized content on the color display. The operator is guided step-by-step through the menu for both inspection and format change. The operator guidance ensures consistent and independent testing.
