Automated CCI Testing for Laboratory

WILCO AG is expanding its laboratory equipment portfolio with a new automated solution for leak testing pharmaceutical containers (CCIT). The NEO series now features full cobot integration, enabling automated sample handling for both differential pressure with the NEO DPX and headspace analysis with the NEO HSX.

With its compact design, intuitive HMI, and support for manual and automated workflows, NEO automation is ideal for development, stability testing, and quality control in pharmaceutical laboratories. Automation with the robot does not require any barriers, which greatly simplifies installation and operation. The movements can be preprogrammed and stored in the corresponding test recipe, ensuring flexibility for a wide range of container types.
