«Our machines are very complex and each one has its own challenges. We enjoy a lot of freedom for independent work and a good working atmosphere. WILCO is very open and encourages people to move to other departments. This is a win-win situation for both sides. Our flexible working hours are another advantage.»

Daniel Sommer, Mechanical Engineer

Apprenticeship at WILCO

Are you interested in the latest technology and want to help shape it and not just watch? Then you have come to the right place. Right from the start you will take responsibility for exciting tasks and will be supported by experienced team members.

We will be happy to give you a personal insight behind the doors of WILCO during trial days.

During your apprenticeship with us, you will attend vocational school 1-2 days a week to acquire the theoretical basics. You can complete an accompanying vocational baccalaureate during all apprenticeships.

Are you motivated to invest in your future and are you interested in an apprenticeship with us?

Then we need the following application documents from you:

  • Covering letter explaining your career choice (letter of motivation)
  • Complete curriculum vitae
  • Current photo
  • All school reports of the upper grades including social skills
  • Trial apprenticeship reports if already available

Please note that incomplete application documents and those sent by post will be returned.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!
